^^^version 1. I learned on belt driven turntables back in 1995, then stepped up to direct drive for a little while until a friend showed me "Napster" and "Audio Galaxy"
From there, I used all kinds of sequencers and software to mix, but Traktor is my favorite.
Traktor user here, just joined the site.
Ooooo, another person attempting the feat of ripping a vinyl collection!? I think i've given up and will soon hunt for slave labor in Bolivia to get it completed lol. Lately I've said that for every new set/gig I will rip 3 12" and drop those mf's in the set. Been workin great sofar!
All I can say is I can't wait to have my VCI 100 tomorrow as I'm sick of using CDJs whe I wanna scratch and then tweaking loops and efx in traktor with a mouse & keybard .
VCI-100 is pure TITS, I've officially convinced my dj partner Overkill to switch off his Serato setup and go VCI haha, We'll be rockin 2 vci's into seperate inputs of the club mixer, gonna be pure porn.
Yeah I'm gonna show that gaylord Maggie Thump how much cooler traktor is than CDJ's when I get the VCI
Deckadance, interesting, i'll have to take a peek.
Traktor tester right here!!! Hi all!
yeah,,
Just waiting on the new update.....

Add me please,,,unsure of how this site works.... Mr-cans
Out of all the other software that emulates TT's, Deckadance looks the coolest, but I haven't touched it. Have played with VDJ, but Traktor buries it.
Does Deckadance work with the VCI-100?
Yup... Does allow control from the VCI...

Last time I get DD a look though, I don't think it was working with Mac, but now it looks like does... Going to have to download that demo this weekend.
