Please tell us about yourself.

I have been involved in music for more than 25 years. I learned my first instrument at the age of 14, and immediately fell in love with the ability of music to help make my life complete . By age 16 I was playing in a cover band and continued with the Southeastern US band circuit from 1986 through 1997. In 1994, I first encountered the magic of the turntables,as I watched Sasha & Digweed play Firestone, I saw something totally new to me. The chance to mix music from all genres made it difficult to continue being interested in playing rock music any longer. There was an entire world of new rhythms, cultures and instrumentation that I opened up to & soon after this I decided to start collecting vinyl. I began working as a DJ in 1996 and moved to Gainesville, FL in 1998 to immerse myself in the electronic music scene.

Spinning records under the moniker of Ghost,I have been a mainstay in the Gainesville music scene and have played various clubs all over Florida, including Simon's, Soulhouse,BLU,Plasma Lounge & many others. In July of 2007,I relocated to the SF Bay Area in Berkeley,CA. I am soaking in this rich, vibrant music scene that crosses all genres and mediums of art. It is a constant reminder of the best that life can have to offer.
