Check out The Continuum Group and Show. We play every Tuesday 9pm-12am EST. Underground Sounds. Yeah I miss 1st Fridays too, Ive played several times up there at Plasma, Speakeasy, & Spank. Good Times.

- Who and what are your influences? Current and Past...
- My biggest influences are people who are real. People who decide what they want and like instead of letting others decide for them. It shows as a reflection of themselves in either there work, their music, or there whatever....... When a person is being real, then they are being influential.
- Please tell us about yourself.
- The first music i can remember hearing came from my Cuban babysitter. I loved when she would play it because when it was time, she would always let me change the record. I learned to feel rhythm, to let go at a young age. I also learned that music dosnt play itself. Someones gotta play the next track. I bounced around from all sorts of styles threw middle school and high school. Rock of all ages, oldschool and newschool rap and hip hop. I worshiped Slim Shady for years, still pretty much do. I got my first PA set up at 14. I played music at weddings, school events, even church functions. I was introduced to some "underground" music, or at least i though so at the time, known as House. Since that day my life is forever changed. I have been listing/mixing all types of house for the last 18 months now. Last March i spent my first night/morning/afternoon on the terrace with Steve Lawler and lets just say there's no turning back! As far is genre is concerned, I love electro, minimal, progressive, all types really, however, I usually find my hard drive to be full of downright dirty, techy/tribal house music.
I am very new to mixing music. I have never played outside of small parties and the homes of me and my friends. I cant afford cd players right now but i do have Ableton Live, wich is what i do all my mixing with. These are some mixes I have recorded. I would love to get some outside opinons/comments. Thanks and enjoy!
