Gas Prices Vs Food Prices
So, a few months ago when Gas prices were sky rocketing . . . . Again!! They (News & other media informants) said that this was going to effect the cost of food/groceries due to shipping costs (Trucks run on Gas). I understood that. I wasn't pleased about it but i understand the trickle effect.
Here we are a month or two later. Gas prices have dropped (at least here) by 50 cents. However, everytime I visit the Grocery store prices have risen 4 or 5 cents . . . . . and i mean Everytime!! They talk about price gouging at Gas stations . . . what about the grocers??
Anybody feel me on this. (don't be a pervert).

Beer has gone up in price more than anything else. that's what caught my attention 1st. No Surprise there.
